For the remainder of the Balloon Glow photos I will provide the shooting information as the caption. I used a “Hand Held” camera as it was too difficult to maneuver a tripod in the crowd and get the view angle I wanted. This photo was shot at: 1/30 sec at f/2.8, ISO 1250 with Nikon D300 and Nikkor 15-55/f2.8, hand held.
