The original McDonald Bros. restaurant dating to 1948 on North “E” and West 14th streets, just north Historic Route 66, in San Bernardino. The restaurant is now a McDonald’s Museum open to the public. Ray Kroc bought out the McDonald Bros. in 1961 after franchising with them in 1954.
