The only designated smoking areas are the public places (decks 4, 11, and 12) on the starboard side. There was a cigar lounge on deck 12 (the Connoisseur Club) but it was closed. Political correctness will be the ruin of us. There is nothing like a good cigar, a Makers Mark, and stimulating conversation after dinner.
